Having a good property manager takes a lot of the headaches out of owning rental properties:

1. We will properly screen the applicants for your property which is one of the big keys to having a good experience with owning a rental.
2. We will line up keys, do check in with renters, collect rents and deposits.
3. We will collect the rental payments and are good at keeping the renters on track with the payments.
4. We will recommend repair people and even manage the maintenance and repair process if your property needs repairs and you would prefer we do this.  (If we manage repairs we do charge for this but we will help you find people as just part of our service).
5. We do a property walk through twice per year and let you know of any issues we find.
6. We will help you make good decisions all along the way in regards to maintenance, repairs, and dealing with the renters of your property.
7. We have our system set up so that everything can be done online or by email.  We are very tech savvy and we feel this makes everything easier for both the owners as well as the tenants.
8. We can also advise you whether to rent or sell based on our experience and your situation.  We are professional full service Realtors!

Columbus Area Information

Columbus Ga is home to Fort Moore and on the Alabama border. The Chattahoochee River is the state line which gives a lot of lake and river sports including the longest urban whitewater rafting area in the world. We cover Columbus as well as Harris County and Midland on the Georgia side and Phenix City, Fort Mitchell and Smiths Station on the Alabama side of the river.

The area thrives with Fort Moore, TSYS, AFLAC, Synovus, and Pratt &Whitney being some of the top employers.

The downtown area has developed into an enjoyable area with a 13 mile Riverwalk along the Chattahoochee River for walking, running and bicycling. Lots of shops, great restaurants and local bars are located downtown. Live music is prevalent downtown inside and out in the park areas. There are weekend market days downtown as well. It has become an area people go who enjoy outdoor activities like rafting, kayaking, walking, running, and biking along with wholesome foods, crafts, and live music.

Residents also enjoy the lakes where skiing, water sports, and lake life abound. The other huge asset to our area is Callaway Gardens. 6500 acres of beautiful gardens, walking and biking trails, lakes, golf courses, butterfly and flower exhibits.
