The deposit is refundable. Adjustments to the returned deposits will be based on the condition of the property when you leave.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
We will need to get the pet approved and if approved we will need to collect a non-refundable pet fee.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Whoever is on the lease will still be obligated to the lease unless released in writing by Ten 20 Property Management.
